Apollo Engineering Provides Young Aussies with Experience & Apprenticeships
High school students in Tamworth are gaining unique insights into apprenticeships as metal fabricators. Six Year 10 students from Farrer Agricultural High School visited Apollo Engineering in Taminda today. They watched a welding demonstration and then had the opportunity to get hands-on by making their own toolboxes, providing them with a practical taste of what apprenticeships in metal fabrication entail.
“Apollo Engineering are the lifeblood of our business. Partnering with schools and training services to give students a half-day experience in a manufacturing company has been invaluable,” said our representative.
