The automated loading and unloading systems allow for continuous operation, leading to quicker turnaround times and a more cost-effective service. Capable of folding complex components
Our workshop is equipped with three CNC press brakes capable of folding up to 4200mm with 220 tonnes of force, making them ideal for handling complex parts. These press brakes feature hydraulic clamped tooling and independent backstops, ensuring precision and efficiency.
We also maintain a large and continually expanding tooling library, enabling us to tackle a wide variety of profiles and geometries with speed and consistency. Programming through CADCAM further streamlines our operations.
This advanced folding capability complements our laser cutting service, allowing us to manage even the most challenging projects with ease.
